Well established restaurant in Progreso with GREAT reviews! Humo Bistro has some of the best reviews of any restaurant in Yucatan and was considered THE best restaurant in Progreso.

This amazing restaurant with living area on the second and third floors is located 2 blocks off the beach in Progreso in a very quiet part of the city on the East side. The view from the 3rd floor rooftop patio is breath takingly beautiful. In addition to the view of the Gulf it has a view of the city.

EVERY bathroom has a jacuzzi. There is a kitchen to die for…. amazing back patio with pool. It is largest enough to host large dinner parties.

This can be used as a residential mansion or as a business with a beautiful second and third floor for living.

It has everything – 19 solar panels with an electric bill that is $52. pesos every two months. ($1.57 USD a month!!!)

The house is being painted and new photos and a video will follow in 2 weeks.

What owning this actually involves

Yucatán Beach is inside Mexico’s restricted zone, which runs 50 km inland from any coast. A foreign buyer here holds title through a fideicomiso — a Mexican bank trust in which you are the named beneficiary. It is not a lease: you can live in the property, rent it, remodel it, sell it and leave it to your heirs. The term is 50 years and it renews.

The purchase completes before a notario público, a state-appointed lawyer, and typically takes 30–60 days.
