Casa Elite monthly service fee of $2,000.00 USD includes:

• Access to emergency nursing, vital signs monitoring upon request, and medication reminders.

• Room service available during designated hours.

• Daily cleaning: 45 minutes of general cleaning, including the room, bathroom, trash collection, sink cleaning, and bed arrangement.

• Laundry service: Up to 9 kg of personal clothing and bed linens per week.

• Concierge services: Package and order reception, guidance on services and events, appointment reminders, transportation requests, and reservations.

• Purified and drinkable water filter in the suite.

• Group activity schedule: Physical, cognitive, psychological, and social activities.

• Balanced menu: 3 meals in the main dining area and 2 snacks.

• Comprehensive gerontological assessment every six months: Cognitive, physical, and emotional evaluation by our geriatrician, gerontologist, physiotherapist, nutritionist, and psychologist.

• Access to Casa Elite Senior Living services and Casa Club de Cabo Norte amenities.

Additionally, there are other services that can be requested on-site at Casa Elite for an extra cost, ensuring that residents enjoy maximum comfort without the need to search for external services or providers.

• Electricity (Each suite has its own electricity meter).

• Biannual maintenance of reverse osmosis water filter in the room.

• Geriatric-focused beauty salon services: Manicure, pedicure, haircut, barber, hair dyeing.

• Accompaniment to medical appointments or outings.

• Purchase of medications or personal hygiene items.

• Annual comprehensive check-up (At a partnered hospital).

• Individual cognitive or occupational therapy sessions.

• Personal caregiver (1 per every 2 residents, 12-hour morning shift) or shadow caregiver (1-on-1, 24-hour care, depending on care module).

• Oxygen therapy, venous catheterization, wound care.

• Geriges System for monitoring by the Responsible Family Member (Applies to Independent Living, Support, and Care modules).

Casa Elite is located in the prestigious Cabo Norte with 24/7 security with guarded/gated entrance requiring appoints and ID. The Assisted Living members have full rights to the private Cabo Norte club (shuttle bus service included). The apartments are 2 minutes from FARO Hospital – considered the finest hospital in Merida. However, Casa Elite has nursing staff and doctors available. Included in the facility is a Center for Memory Loss treatment.
